How long does shipping take from Copenhagen?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping within Denmark takes 1-3 days, while international delivery typically ranges from 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Are the clothing sizes based on European or Asian standards?

Most of our K-pop inspired apparel follows South Korean sizing, which tends to run smaller than European sizes. We highly recommend checking the specific size chart on each product page before purchasing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your parcel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Do you offer official K-pop merchandise or inspired fashion?

Copenhagen Kpop specializes in a curated mix of both. We carry official tour merchandise and albums, as well as high-quality fashion pieces inspired by the latest Seoul street style and idol stage outfits.
